Jabi+
Bringing sales, statements and payroll into the merchant experience in SuperQi.
Jabi+ is a merchant app inside SuperQi for tracking card sales, reviewing statements and paying employees. Based on merchant feedback, I added User management so merchants could bring their team into the same mini-app. I built the transaction ledger and statement export, then expanded my work into payroll and team management.

I've been working on it since December 2025 as a software engineer on Qi's Billing Team. My work started with the sales pages, transaction ledger and statement export. In 2026, I added Salary for employee payments. Merchant feedback also led to User management, allowing merchants to add their team to the same mini-app.
I chose Svelte for Jabi+ because its small JavaScript payload suits a mini-app running inside SuperQi.
I built the weekly sales view to open on today, with day tabs for the rest of the week. Each transaction brings its amount, commission, time and status together. For a closer look, I worked on the monthly ledger with date ranges, filters and totals, so a merchant can narrow the list to the entries they need.
Statements needed their own experience too. I built the pages for choosing a period, requesting a statement and returning to the generated files. A file may still be preparing, or the phone may be unable to open it. Those states have plain Arabic messages, so the page explains what happened alongside the download action.
Salary was a larger piece of the work. I built the employee roster, profiles and salary details, including a base amount, allowances and deductions. Merchants can find employees by name or job title and choose the people they want to pay.
Before confirming, the page brings the employee count and total together. I used a swipe for the final payment action, giving that step a deliberate confirmation. The interface also shows payment status, including when a payment needs attention.
The work continues after the payment. I built payroll records that open into each employee's result, with a reason when a payment did not go through. Each salary statement shows the base salary, allowances, deductions and net amount, with a downloadable copy. Keeping those details connected was a substantial part of my contribution.
